Exchange Policy


We only offer exchanges in the following cases:


- Wrong product received

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof for Exchange


To process any exchange request, the following are compulsory:


- Unboxing video from start to finish

- Clear product images

- Order number


Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
