At GENZ, we believe your order should reach you as beautifully as it was made. Every piece is packed with care and shipped safely across India.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Timeline

India Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sales, festive seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping available on prepaid orders.
  • A small COD fee may apply on Cash on Delivery orders.

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown clearly during checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Repeated COD order rejections may lead to temporary restrictions on future COD purchases.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

If you face any tracking issues, feel free to contact us.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted logistics partners, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational issues
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes

We sincerely appreciate your patience in such situations.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.

GENZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an order returns back to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear images of the package

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
